Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy for Private Sessions

Our goal at Angels Whispering Light is to provide the highest quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so, effective November 1, 2022 we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy.  

 

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. For this reason, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we request that you do so at least 3 business days in advance of your scheduled session.  This will allow us to offer your spot to another client.

Policies:

  1. Cancelations or Reschedules with less than 3 business days notice will incur a cancelation fee equal to 50% of session cost. 

  2. Cancelations or Reschedules made 4 business days or more in advance of scheduled appointment will receive a refund of all money received.

  3. Clients that do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be considered a NO SHOW. There is no refund for a NO SHOW to a scheduled appointment.

Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis.

 

This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

 

How to Reschedule or Cancel your appointment:

When you scheduled your appointment you received an email confirmation (or calendar entry).  At the bottom of that email is a section labeled "Need to make changes to this event?" with two URL links specific to your scheduled appointment. Click the appropriate link (Cancel or Reschedule) and follow the onscreen instructions.
